For Storaqe - Three weeks notice required to remove boats & lifts from storage - scheduling subject to availability.

$100 Fee - lf all engine compartments and cockpit areas of boat are not clear of all accessories. The technicians need room to work. Due to high volume of work No service work besides winterization/summerization in months of Sept, Oct, Nov, April & May. Summerizations required on all boats delivered out of storage $85. There will be a fee of $50 if there is no key in boat or dock in water. Boats that are still in storage after July 15 will be billed $330 for summer storage. Customer is responsible for checking oil, confirming water pump operation and checking for leaks if boat is not summerized by Clear Lake Marina. Hull plugs will be left out of boat if not put in water by Clear Lake Marina during winterizing and summerizing. lf customers request hull plug be left in Glear Lake Marina is not responsible for water damages inside boat. Clear Lake Marina is not responsible for damages caused by not properly summerizing boat.
